If you’re heading to the Jane Austen Festival in Louisville this weekend, the planning committee needs you! The Festival is looking for volunteers in the following capacities:
THURSDAY
Set Up 4:30-7:00 pm
FRIDAY
Set Up 4:30-7:00 pm
Ticket Gate 5:00-6:30 pm
Ticket Gate 6:30-7:30 pm
Ticket Gate 7:30-8:30 pm
SATURDAY
Laborer (NEED 1 person- great job for significant others!) 10:00am-2:00pm, with several breaks
Janeite Boutique- Sales 3:00-5:00 pm
SUNDAY
Laborer (NEED 1 person- great job for significant others!) 10:00am-2:00pm, with several breaks
Kitchen Helper (NEED 1 person- DIRE NEED, PLEASE SIGN UP 10:30am-1:00pm
Ticket Gate 3:00-5:00pm
Kitchen Helper (NEED 2 people- DIRE NEED, PLEASE SIGN UP) 3:30-5:45pm
Tea Room Server (NEED 2 people- DIRE NEED, PLEASE SIGN UP) 3:30-5:45pm,serves during the Children’s Tea
Kitchen Helper-Wash/pack tea cups and pots (NEED 3 people) 4:30-6:00pm
Clean Up (NEED LOTS OF HELP) 5:00-8:00pm (hopefully done sooner!)

All volunteers are required to attend the volunteer training session on Thursday, July 11th from 7-8 pm. Training will be held at Locust Grove (location of the festival) in the Audubon Room. Please email our Volunteer Coordinators ASAP if you cannot attend.
Perks: FREE admission to the festival on the day(s) you volunteer and access to the Hospitality Room (excluding Friday, July 12th, evening).
